Blaisdale Montessori School warmly accepts children and families of all backgrounds. Blaisdale Montessori School was founded in 1969 by Mrs. Eleanor Wilson. It has a long and proud tradition as one of the first Montessori Schools in Canada. The School has 7 campuses throughout Pickering, Scarborough, Ajax, Whitby, Oshawa and Bowmanville.

The Village Campus cares for and Educates children from 12 months - Grade 3. The Campus is nestled in the picturesque Pickering Village. There are five classes at this campus; There are two large playgrounds one has a rubberized surface and the other is safe clean dry artificial turf. The classrooms sunny, spacious with skylights. The school is air conditioned.

Blaisdale Montessori Westney Campus educates and cares for children from the ages of 12 months to grade 8. This campus now has an Infant program for children 12 - 18 months. The Westney campus started in Ajax in 1988. It moved to this ideal permanent location in 1999. The school has 15 classes. The floor area is 24,000 sq. ft., the land is 5 acres and the school's playing fields and playgrounds have 2 acres with 3 separated play areas. The gym at the Westney campus has a double gym of 5,000 sq. ft. Most classes have their own washroom, and the school is air-conditioned. The Westney campus offers Summer Camp as well.

Blaisdale Montessori School Pickering Campus often referred to at The Toynevale Campus is located on 415 Toynevale Rd. It is where the main office of the School is located. It is just East of the Rouge Valley in Pickering. It is very close to the border of East Toronto and Pickering. It is an ideal setting for a School. It is situated in an established safe upscale residential area. The entire school area is fenced and the front is gated. The grounds are surrounded by mature trees with a large parking lot and safe clean rubberized playgrounds. This campus has 6 separate playing fields/playgrounds for the children. This campus has been renovated with a large modern gym and stage. For added safety, security and peace of mind the grounds, Toddler and Pre-school classes are outfitted with video surveillance
Blaisdale Montessori Pickering (Toynevale) Campus educates and cares for children from the ages of 12 months up to 14 years (grade 8). Pickering has 11 classes. The floor area is 16,800 sq. ft. and the land is 2.25 acres. The School is fully air-conditioned, has full spectrum lighting and filtered water in the drinking fountains. Summer Camp, March Break and Care over the winter holidays are offered at the Pickering campus as well.

Blaisdale Montessori Rougemount Campus educates children from the ages of 12 months up to 9 years of age (grade 3). Rougemount has 4 classes. The floor area is 5,700 sq. ft. and the school play area has 6,200 sq. ft. and a quarter acre of grassy play space. The school is air-conditioned, and the playgrounds have rubberized, grassed and macadamized areas. There is a recreation room for the pre-school and Elementary children at the lower level of the Annex Campus. It was first open in 1984 and moved to this location in 1995. For added safety, security and peace of mind the grounds and classes are outfitted with video surveillance. This Campus accepts part- time attendance. The entrance and playground is safely located at the rear of the building.

Pre-School - Grade 3
Blaisdale Montessori Annex Campus educates and cares for children from the ages of 4 years to grade 3. The Annex Campus has 2 classes. The floor area is approximately 4 ,500 sq. ft., the school outside play area is 35,000 sq. ft. The play areas are very spacious and have both grassy and rubberized surfaces. The school is air-conditioned and playground is shaded by trees on the two sides. The Casa (Preschool room) is one of Blaisdale's most beauitful rooms with high arched wooden ceilings and sky lights. There is also a large recreation room in the lower level for the children to play in during the winter months. It is also used for extra cirricular sports and activities.

18 Months to Grade 8
The Bowmanville campus is located on a 3 acre lot with 35,000 sq foot floor space, a stage and large gym. This campus will educate and care for children from 12 months to grade 8. This campus is located on a quiet residential street directly beside a park. This campus has features such as bright sunny classes, large grassy fully fenced in playgrounds located directly outside of the classrooms. There is an abundance of safe play grounds for extracurricular sports such as baseball, baseball and soccer to name a few. The playgrounds are also surrounded by mature trees. For added safety, security and peace of mind the grounds, Toddler and Pre-school classes are outfitted with video surveillance The Bowmanville campus has a baseball diamond on its grounds. As with all Blaisdale's campuses, when there is enough interest, the Bowmanville Campus will offer extracurricular activities such as Karate,Kindermusik,t-ball, Baseball, Basketball, Indoor and Outdoor Soccer.
